Job Summary

Czech-Speaking Technical Support Specialist (Fully Remote)

This is a fully remote role allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Greece while supporting users with their mobile devices computers and accounts. Whether you are already in Greece or looking to relocate to a sunnier climate we provide the support you need to succeed.

The Role at a Glance

  • Work Model: 100% Remote (Must be based in Greece)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends off!)
  • Hours: 09:00 19:00
  • Salary: 1300 Gross/Month up to 300 Monthly Productivity Bonus
  • Relocation: Full support package provided for those moving to Greece

What Youll Be Doing

As the first point of contact you will provide essential customer and technical support to ensure a seamless experience for users.

  • Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day with a focus on quality and security.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mobile devices computers and accounts.
  • Utilize internal CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.

What Were Looking For

  • Language: Native or C1 proficiency in Czech. English (B2) is required for training and internal systems. (Slovak proficiency is a huge plus!)
  • Technical Savvy: Previous experience in a tech support environment is required. You should have advanced PC knowledge and high typing accuracy (20 WPM).
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to handle B2B interactions if needed.
