Key Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Deliver high-quality assistance to Danish-speaking customers via phone email and live chat.
- Inquiry Management: Resolve questions regarding product features order tracking subscription services and billing.
- Technical Guidance: Assist users with platform navigation account recovery and basic troubleshooting for digital services.
- Quality Excellence: Maintain the high service standards associated with Danish consumer expectations ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
- Digital Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English.
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece.
- Home Office: A quiet dedicated workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (company hardware is provided and shipped to your door).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
