We are looking for a professional Japanese-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our elite international IT this role you will provide high-level assistance for a world-leading cloud workspace and storage platform acting as the critical technical link for our Japanese-speaking users. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Assist Japanese-speaking users with cloud platform navigation software synchronization and account security via phone and email.

  • System Diagnostics: Identify and resolve technical issues related to file management project coordination tools and API integrations.
  • Incident Management: Follow specified workflows for incident identification escalation to senior engineering teams and timely resolution.

  • Global Collaboration: Work within a multicultural team to maintain high customer satisfaction levels while representing a major global software brand.
  • Shift Flexibility: Support the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market with specialized working hours (typically early morning shifts in Greece).

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level Japanese and professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).

  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens is strictly dependent on specific project eligibility and valid job offers).
  • Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy mindset with a strong interest in cloud technology and digital productivity tools.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication and the ability to handle complex abstract technical topics with clarity.
