Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team at Arena Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and identifying and reporting any defects or issues. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for our software products

- Identify and report defects or issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development process

- Continuously improve and streamline the QA process

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing tools and techniques

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and testability

- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders

- Contribute to the overall improvement of our software development process

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes

- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or C

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
