Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in vehicle testing and a passion for automotive systems. This individual brings technical rigor in test execution and analysis along with a collaborative mindset to support customer-facing development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform calibration verification and validation of brake control systems including electronic brake actuation and functions such as Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) Traction Control Systems (TCS) Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and driver assistance features.

  • Ensure process consistency quality and competency in the application of Bosch development processes tools and roles across multiple OEM customer teams.

  • Act as the primary technical interface between the customer and internal project teams for all brake system-related functions.

  • Analyze customer specifications and coordinate requirements tracking within cross-functional technical project teams.

  • Plan and coordinate the use of test vehicles and required test equipment to support development and validation activities.

  • Support and participate in vehicle testing campaigns at various locations including summer and winter test programs.

  • Manage project activities and maintain project documentation in accordance with defined Bosch processes and standards.

  • Execute software release procedures including verification and validation for prototype/sample stages through final production release.

  • Provide ongoing customer support and actively participate in regular technical discussions and meetings.


Qualifications :

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and conducting tests as well as evaluating test results (professional or academic experience).

  • Valid drivers license required.

  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations and test sites including participation in seasonal vehicle test programs (summer and winter).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vehicle dynamics knowledge and driving experience.

  • Demonstrated passion for automotive systems (e.g. racing restoring or hands-on vehicle work).
