Trinity HTS is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Janesville Wisconsin. As a full-time Speech Language Pathologist you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with caregivers families and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and carryover of skills in all environments
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide guidance and support to clinical fellows (CFs) as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of speech language pathology
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current state license or eligibility for state licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
