AsHead of Product Designat our dynamic rapidly evolving application security company you willbe accountable for the user-centered design strategy for our product portfolio from conception to delivery. You willensurea consistent and cohesive experience across the entire product journeycollaborate across functions to influence product strategy champion design-driven decision-making and go beyond UX execution to shape the overall product experience.

In addition you will lead the product design organization mentor and develop design contributors and scale the design function globally. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape the future of our products andimpactthe overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the global product design organization fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and design excellence.
• Define and communicate the design vision and strategyfor our SaaS product portfolioaligned withbusinessobjectivesand brand values.
• Apply holistic product design thinking across the full user journeyto shape strategic value on our evolving platform ensuring end-to-end experiences are consistent intuitive andsecurity-afocused.
• Drive design consistency and scalabilityacross platforms and products while allowing for necessary feature-specific adaptations.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering Architecture and other teamsto integrate customer and market insights influence strategy and shape the roadmap.
• Engage with customers and end-userstovalidatedesign conceptsand ensure productsdeliver intuitive secure and valuable experiences.
• Establish andmaintaindesign systems principles and best practicesthat scale globally.
• Advocate fordesign-driven decision-makingacross the organizationanddemonstratehowdesignimpactsbusiness outcomes and user trust.
• Stay ahead ofindustry trends emerging tools and security-focused design methodologiestocontinuously evolvethe product design function.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of management experience in product design UX or related fields with a proventrack recordof leading and scaling teams globally.
• Proventrack recordof end-to-end product design leadership including guiding visual design interaction design workflows strategic product thinking and platform evolution.
• Deepexpertisein design systems UX best practices and SaaS product development including security-conscious design.
• Experience definingdesignstrategy that drives measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across executive leadership cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop design talent fostering a high-performing creative and inclusiveglobaldesign culture.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends engaging with users and industry leaders to translate insights into actionable high-impact design solutions.
• Strategic thinker with emergingtooland security-focusedmethodologyawareness able to influence organizational decision-making.
