Job Summary
The Village Baxter Community Care Team provides Support at Home services throughout the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula area and is looking for a skilled and experienced Coordinator to fill a full-time parental leave vacancy until January 2027.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Support at Home Coordinators are responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Home Care Services Department which assists older Australians in living independently in their homes and community in a dignified and safe manner. This role plays a critical part in facilitating and coordinating provision of Support at Home services which are of optimal quality highly flexible and responsive to client needs.
Previous experience with rostering ideally within an Aged Care services setting is essential.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Pay is weekly under the SCHADS Award (Social and Community Services Employee Level 3 Pay Point 1-3) and includes payday superannuation. Attractive Salary Packaging options are also available to increase take home pay.
