Job Summary
Customer Support Advisor Slovenian Speaker Barcelona (Hybrid)
Location: Barcelona Spain

About the Role
Join an international customer support team and help travellers around the world with their accommodation needs.
You will act as the link between customers and providers ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service across bookings payments and general inquiries.
What youll do
- Support customers via email and phone
- Help solve booking payment and service-related questions
- Mediate between travellers and accommodation providers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal processes and guidelines
Requirements
- Slovenian: C1-C2
- English: B2-C1
- Good communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using basic PC tools (email CRM etc.)
- No previous experience required
- Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
