Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Slovenian and English via phone email and live chat for travel-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking services (flights hotels car rentals etc.) and provide information on travel policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues such as changes cancellations and refunds.
  • Offer tailored travel solutions and alternatives based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional responses.
  • Keep up-to-date with the travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Slovenian speaker with English proficiency (B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive customer-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using multiple channels (phone email chat) to assist customers.
  • Passion for travel and helping customers with travel-related inquiries.
