Position Overview
We are seeking for experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives who are ready to deliver exceptional support and build positive relationships with customers across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document interactions transactions and resolutions in internal systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Follow communication guidelines quality standards and company policies.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
- Support administrative or back-office tasks related to customer service as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service call center or client support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfort using CRM systems ticketing platforms and basic productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional home workspace.
