Position Overview

We are seeking for experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives who are ready to deliver exceptional support and build positive relationships with customers across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat or ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products services policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document interactions transactions and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Follow communication guidelines quality standards and company policies.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Support administrative or back-office tasks related to customer service as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service call center or client support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Comfort using CRM systems ticketing platforms and basic productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional home workspace.
