Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Landscape Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position suited for a self-motivated expert who can manage complex landscape projects from conceptual design through to construction documentation without the need for constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop landscape design concepts and detailed plans
Prepare drawings presentations and documentation
Coordinate with architects engineers and project teams
Review project requirements and ensure design compliance
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Produce high-quality conceptual presentations master plans and detailed planting schemes.
Prepare comprehensive construction documentation packages and technical specifications.
Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Architects Civil Engineers and MEP) to ensure site integration.
Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet international standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Landscape Architect
Strong portfolio showcasing landscape design projects
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Lumion etc.)
Solid understanding of site planning planting design and materials
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
