Role Overview:

As a Customer Success youll be the main point of contact for customers providing support via phone email and live chat. Your goal is to deliver clear solutions and ensure a seamless positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers through phone email and chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle inquiries resolve issues and assist with account-related matters
• Communicate effectively to improve the overall customer experience
• Accurately log interactions and solutions in internal systems
• Identify complex cases and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Meet KPIs quality standards and response time targets
• Stay informed about products policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
• Experience: 01 year in customer support or a related role
• Skills: Strong communication analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Mindset: Eager to learn adaptable and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
