ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join an international multilingual support team in Lisbon.
In this role you will provide high-quality customer assistance and language support to small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients ensuring they get the best possible experience with digital products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver excellent customer support to SMB clients via live chat email and phone
Handle inbound and outbound communication to ensure timely issue resolution
Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service digital products
Guide clients on how to maximise product performance and platform usage
Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving customer experience
Work across a rotating shift schedule (including weekends and evenings)
Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality across all interactions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Fluent Russian (written and spoken)
Good English level (minimum B2)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (MondaySunday schedule)
Ability to multitask across different communication channels
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Proactive reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
