ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join an international multilingual support team in Lisbon.
In this role you will provide high-quality customer assistance and language support to small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients ensuring they get the best possible experience with digital products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent customer support to SMB clients via live chat email and phone
- Handle inbound and outbound communication to ensure timely issue resolution
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service digital products
- Guide clients on how to maximise product performance and platform usage
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving customer experience
- Work across a rotating shift schedule (including weekends and evenings)
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality across all interactions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Russian (written and spoken)
- Good English level (minimum B2)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (MondaySunday schedule)
- Ability to multitask across different communication channels
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
