Norwegian & Swedish Customer Care Specialist Digital Payments (WFH Portugal)

Role Overview

Join a global leader in customer experience to support a cutting-edge digital payments and Point-of-Sale (POS) solution used by businesses across this role you will assist small and medium-sized business owners with onboarding troubleshooting and financial inquiries ensuring they can grow their businesses effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Provide expert assistance via phone email and live chat.
  • Onboarding: Guide new business users through account setup and initial onboarding.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to the payment application hardware devices and accessories.
  • Financial Support: Handle inquiries regarding transactions deposits and financial activity reports.
  • Logistics: Assist customers with orders deliveries and logistics-related questions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Languages: High-level fluency in Norwegian & Swedish (C1/C2) - you need to speak and write both languages fluently good command of English.
  • Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical or financial topics clearly.
  • Mindset: Customer-focused detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.
