Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist Medical Devices (Porto)

In this role you will be the lifeline for users and healthcare providers who rely on life-enhancing technology every day.
The Role
- Technical Support: Assist Dutch-speaking users and medical professionals with the setup and troubleshooting of specialized medical equipment.
- Patient Advocacy: Provide empathetic clear and professional guidance to ensure user safety and device efficacy.
- Compliance: Carefully document all interactions and technical issues in accordance with strict medical industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex cases and improve product reliability.
Work Model & Location
- Location: Based in our state-of-the-art office in Porto.
- Flexibility: This is a full-time on-site role. However for those working the Night Shift we offer hybrid or fully remote options to support your work-life balance.
What We Offer
- Salary: 1600 Gross monthly (depending on shift and experience).
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Relocation Support:
- Flight Reimbursement for your journey to Portugal.
- Company Accommodation provided (inclusive of all utility bills).
- Training: Comprehensive specialized training to ensure you are confident handling medical technology.
Requirements
- Native or Near-Native Dutch: Exceptional communication skills with an ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- English Proficiency: B2 level for training materials and internal reporting.
- Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
- Profile: A high level of empathy attention to detail and a professional medical-grade mindset.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or technical support is a plus but not required.
