Job Summary

German Speaking Airline Contact Centre Agent:

The Reservations Agents will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the

business provides.

Main duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for Airline Contact Centre Agents to join one of our sections in the airline industry. Ideal candidates

will be given full training and will be assisting customers via phone social media chatbox and emails. The section

offers growth in different areas and provides opportunities to those who are willing to learn.

This position is available on a 40 hour-week basis. It is ideal for those candidates who are looking for stability and

career growth.

Requirements:

Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word

Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)

Good customer service skills from previous job experience

Excellent communication skills written & spoken in the required language

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Word processing skills be able to type 25 WPM

Working Schedule and contract;

For this particular role Centrecom has salary scales the below is a detailed breakdown on the salary progression:

Salary:

1st month of employment ( Training & Practice ) - EUR 5.60 per hour

From 2nd month of employment EUR 8.10 per hour

After probation period EUR 8.50 per hour

After 12 months of employment - EUR 8.75 per hour (performance-based)

After 18 months of employment - EUR 9.20 per hour (performance-based)

Language Allowance:

German EUR 250/month. Eligible after the training period.

KPI (Performance) bonus:

Up to EUR 2000 yearly (pro-rated monthly) this is based on performance and eligible after 6 months

Relocation allowance:

2000 eligible after 1 month of employment

KPI (Performance) bonus:

Up to EUR 2000 yearly (pro-rated monthly) this is based on performance and eligible after 6 months

Contract Type:

Indefinite

Working hours:

Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-6:30pm. (8h daily shift).
