About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to support the continuous growth and professionalization of learning programs within a global project-driven environment.
In this role you will contribute to the development of high-impact learning solutions that support employees working on complex offshore and dredging projects. You will play a key role in aligning learning strategies with business needs ensuring that employees have the right skills to perform at the highest level.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
Design and implement learning programs assessments and training materials
Develop and maintain a structured learning process and framework
Collaborate with internal stakeholders trainers and subject matter experts
Contribute to learning strategy and policy including digital learning tools
Facilitate training sessions workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Ensure continuous improvement and evaluation of learning programs
Integrate key themes such as safety quality and craftsmanship into training
Support and coach trainers and specialists in their development
Bachelors or Masters degree in Educational Sciences Pedagogy or similar
35 years experience in Learning & Development or educational consulting
Proven experience with blended learning solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch and English

Hybrid work setup: minimum 3 days onsite in Papendrecht
