About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to support the continuous growth and professionalization of learning programs within a global project-driven environment.
In this role you will contribute to the development of high-impact learning solutions that support employees working on complex offshore and dredging projects. You will play a key role in aligning learning strategies with business needs ensuring that employees have the right skills to perform at the highest level.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
- Design and implement learning programs assessments and training materials
- Develop and maintain a structured learning process and framework
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders trainers and subject matter experts
- Contribute to learning strategy and policy including digital learning tools
- Facilitate training sessions workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Ensure continuous improvement and evaluation of learning programs
- Integrate key themes such as safety quality and craftsmanship into training
- Support and coach trainers and specialists in their development
- Promote blended learning approaches (e-learning on-the-job learning simulations)
Your Profile
Must-Have
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Educational Sciences Pedagogy or similar
- 35 years experience in Learning & Development or educational consulting
- Proven experience with blended learning solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
