Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manual Test Analyst with strong expertise in retail systems and POS environments. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of retail applications through comprehensive manual testing and validation of business-critical workflows.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across billing inventory promotions and transactional systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements
• Perform functional regression integration and UAT testing
• Validate end-to-end retail workflows including billing inventory management promotions and transactions
• Test POS systems including payments refunds receipts and device interactions
• Identify log track and manage defects through resolution using defect management tools
• Collaborate with business stakeholders developers and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
• Participate in test planning test data preparation and test execution cycles
• Provide clear and concise test reports and quality metrics

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of experience in Manual/Functional Testing
• Strong experience in retail domain systems and POS testing
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Functional regression integration and UAT testing
  • Test case design and execution
  • Defect tracking and management tools (e.g. JIRA ALM)
• Solid understanding of retail business processes (billing inventory promotions transactions)
• Experience testing POS devices and payment integrations
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to automation testing tools (basic understanding)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
