Job Summary
Physical Therapist
Location: Modesto CA.
Job type: Full-time outpatient clinic (adult).
Shift: Full time part time PRN flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating diagnosing and treating patients with physical limitations or impairments.
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions treatment options and home exercise programs.
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting treatment plans progress and any changes in status.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians nurses and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- 12 - 14 patients/day ( 1 pt every 30 mins).
Qualifications:
- Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- DPT in Physical Therapy or related field (preferred)
- NEW GRADS WELCOME.
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Knowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.

Job Type: Full-time Part-time PRN.
Pay: $105 - 130K annually; PRN $50 - 70 per hour.
Expected hours: > 30 is considered full-time.
