Ask & Embla is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who will be hands-on in the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our paid social and search campaigns. You will play a key role in driving measurable growth across our digital channels - managing performance testing new ideas and working closely with our creative and performance teams to continuously improve ROAS and customer acquisition. As we scale across multiple channels brands and geographies this is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise and grow with a fast-moving team.
What Youll Do:
- Build launch and manage daily operations for paid social (Meta TikTok Pinterest) and search campaigns in alignment with the Leads overarching strategy.
- Monitor account performance daily making real-time adjustments to bids budgets and targeting to maintain healthy ROAS and CAC.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Creatives and Copywriting Team to brief new assets based on performance data and ensure ads remain fresh and engaging.
- Execute the testing roadmap by setting up split tests for landing pages creative hooks and audience segments then documenting the results.
- Maintain performance dashboards and provide weekly/monthly reports on KPIs offering actionable insights into what is working and what isnt.
- Support the Lead by conducting deep-dive research into competitor ad libraries and emerging trends to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Ensure all live ads meet Ask & Emblas brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- Collaborate with the Paid Performance team to identify friction points in the customer journey and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates.
Who You Are:
Must Have
- 24 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta is non-negotiable; TikTok and/or Pinterest a strong plus)
- Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns against performance KPIs such as ROAS CAC and CPA
- Comfortable working with campaign data daily pulling reports spotting trends and making real-time bid and budget decisions
- Experience briefing creative assets based on performance insights and working cross-functionally with creative teams
- Proficiency in setting up and documenting A/B tests (audiences creatives landing pages)
- Strong working knowledge of at least one reporting/dashboard tool (Google Looker Studio Triple Whale Northbeam or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid search (Google and/or Microsoft Ads) in addition to paid social
- Familiarity with DTC or e-commerce brands particularly in fashion lifestyle or beauty
- Exposure to attribution modelling and understanding its limitations in a multi-channel environment
- Experience using ad intelligence tools such as Meta Ad Library Minea or BigSpy for competitor research
- Basic understanding of landing page performance and CRO principles
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
