Intern Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Intern on the Professional Services Team in our Gurgaon Office youll play a vital role in delivering seamless publisher implementations and ensuring high-quality service for global clients.
Youll translate technical knowledge into real-world impact by supporting end-to-end implementation processes and maintaining delivery timelines.
Youll collaborate across teams to troubleshoot optimize and improve implementation workflows.
Youll help drive efficiency accuracy and client satisfaction through hands-on technical execution.

To thrive in this role youll need:

• Recently completed BCA / . in Computer Science IT or a related field
• Working knowledge of HTML CSS and basic understanding of JavaScript APIs and SQL
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and SEO fundamentals
• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship and work from the Gurgaon office in rotational shifts
• Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience with debugging or QA processes in web environments
• Exposure to implementation or client-facing technical support roles

How youll make an impact:

• Execute implementation requests from business teams while meeting defined timelines
• Deliver high-quality outputs aligned with client requirements and service standards
• Perform QA checks identify issues and resolve them through technical debugging
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge and execution quality
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve based on feedback
