About the Role

Mölnlycke is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our WMSdriven distribution center in Anderson South Carolina. This is a handson role for individuals who are dependable detailoriented and motivated to grow within a warehouse environment that values teamwork accuracy and continuous improvement.

As a Warehouse Associate you will play an important role in ensuring products are accurately received stored picked packed and shipped to support healthcare professionals and patients around the world. Successful candidates bring a strong work ethic comfort using technology and a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team.

What Youll Do

• Perform warehouse activities including receiving picking packing shipping and inventory handling.
• Use SAP WMS scanners and other warehouse systems to complete transactions accurately.
• Follow established safety quality and operational procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling products and inventory.
• Communicates issues errors or delays proactively with supervisors and team members.
• Meet productivity and performance expectations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support a clean organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Relevant warehouse manufacturing or distribution experience may be considered.
• Comfort using basic PC systems scanners and warehouse technology.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate for this role is $17.00 -$19.50 / hour. Offers of employment consider various factors including experience education candidate location and role-specific requirements.
