Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
3rd shift
- Ability to read and interpret simple reference material such as printed instructions and blueprints.
- Ability to operate a jib crane overhead crane and electric pallet jacks.
- Proficient use of measuring instruments such as micrometers calipers and fix gauges where interpretation is required.
- Ability to exercise judgment to operate equipment with limitations of standard methods and procedures
- Perform duties to set up and operate Coating Line Dept. equipment.
- Proficient use of equipment required by job function
- Use jib crane or overhead crane to position coil on pay off.
- Use of electric pallet jacks to maneuver spools
- Work to production orders.
- Select proper material for coating based on production schedules.
- Check work at prescribed intervals and record data on check sheets
