Job Description: Customer Support Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries order status and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center or support role preferred
