As we expand our direct-to-consumer offering in the Netherlands we are looking for a motivated and customerfocused Sales Representative (B2C) to join our Benelux this role you will be at the forefront of helping homeowners adopt advanced residential energy solutionsranging from solar PV and home batteries to EVrelated technologies. You will convert inbound leads into concrete sales ensuring a seamless and highquality customer experience from first contact to handover. Your Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly follow up on inbound homeowner leads (same day / within 24 hours).
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs through consultative conversations.
  • Conduct advisory and sales calls via phone and online channels.
  • Convert qualified leads into signed deals or intent declarations.
  • Apply upsell and crosssell strategies (battery solar EVrelated solutions).
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with installers and partners to ensure smooth execution and handover.
  • Safeguard speed accuracy and quality throughout the sales process.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Actively contribute to optimizing campaigns offers and the overall sales approach.

Requirements:

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2C sales preferably in energy home improvement or technology.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills with a customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and follow up with speed.
  • A proactive resultsdriven attitude with a passion for clean energy.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
  • Native in Dutch and proficiency in English.
