The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who isnt satisfied with good enough. Youll be the voice the problem-solver and the guide for our riders and dealer partners around the world. This isnt a job for someone who wants routine. Its for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges loves speaking directly with customers and wants to play a direct role in shaping how people experience the motorcycle of the future. When riders push our bikes to the limit youll be there to make sure the experience is flawless. When dealers face a challenge youll provide them with knowledge tools and confidence. Youll bridge the gap between engineering brilliance and real-world use.

What Youll Do

  • Be the first line of defense for our customers and dealers solving mechanical electrical and software issues.

  • Diagnose problems remotely often in real-time guiding users through solutions step by step.

  • Turn complex engineering into simple actionable instructions.

  • Keep our global dealer network sharp with the latest updates bulletins and insights.

  • Collaborate with engineering service and quality teams feeding back what you learn in the field so the bikes keep getting better.

  • Document analyze and improve so the next problem is solved even faster.

What you will bring to Stark

  • Experience in technical support motorcycle mechanics or automotive diagnostics.

  • A strong understanding of mechanics electrical systems and diagnostic tools.

  • The ability to turn frustration into confidence by communicating clearly and calmly.

  • Fluent English (mandatory) and French. Extra points if you also speak Spanish Italian or German.

  • Bonus if youve already worked with EVs motorcycles or high-performance vehicles.
