SAP ARIBA (Tech Support)

SEEKING: SAP ARIBA (Tech Support)

We are looking for a SAP ARIBA technical support with at least 5 years of experience. We are looking for candidates to work in collaboration with the Procurement Team.

The SAP Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and functional support for SAP systems to ensure smooth and efficient operation across various business processes. They will troubleshoot issues implement enhancements and provide training to users ensuring they can effectively utilize SAP applications.

It will be part of an agile product team working in collaboration with the business in the UK with occasional travel required (once per quarter max.)

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues.

Perform system monitoring performance tuning and regular system maintenance. Coordinate with SAP Basis team for system updates patc hes and upgrades.

User Support

Provide first-line support to end-users for SAP-related inquines and issues.

Assist users with SAP functionalities ensuring they are fully trained and can leverage the systems capabilities.

Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. Functional Support

Work with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Customize and configure SAP modules to support business processes.

Assist in the design testing and Implementation of SAP enhancements and new functionalities.

Incident and Problem Management

Log and manage support tickets ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Analyse recurring problems and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Collaboration

Work closely with other IT teams and externa) SAP consultante to resolve complex issues.

Collaborate with business units to align SAP functionalities with business strategies and objectives.

EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

Strong understanding of SAP architecture and functionalities. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Agile product teams.

Hands-on experlence with SAP modules such as Ariba AP AR GL etc - (who has worked on ABAP/ARIBA/MM Modules)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detall

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

NICE TO HAVE :

SAP certification is a plus

Rate: Up to 240 per day VAT (according to the experience provided)
