Job Summary
Requirements:
- High school or Bachelors degree;
- Fluency in spoken and written - French (B2/C1) and English (B2)
- Previous experience - around 2 years in a similar role
- PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office MS Excel & Word
- Very good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- The main responsibility of this role is to manage requests for bookings for B2B French customers
- Processing bookings using client specific applications and any other systems/tools
- Communicating with client through phone chat or email
- Sending confirmations/vouchers to the concerned departments/client
- Updating the systems with relevant information
