About the Job: As Head of Operations you will architect the processes workflows and systems that take the company from craft to industrial scale. Combining financial literacy with leadership and the courage to engage with the newest technologies youll lead operations along the metrics of cost speed and scale manage multiple teams across design warehouse assembly and service coordination and drive the companys transformation to AI-agentic workflows.

Tasks

What Youll Do:

• Ensure smooth operations along the metrics of cost speed and scale.
• Improve efficiencies through processes workflow automations and software.
• Manage and develop the design warehouse assembly and service coordination teams.
• Implement operational KPIs across processes and teams; own budgets and profit-contribution improvements at company level.
• Be a key driver of strategic company development and capability-building.
• Drive the company transformation to AI-agentic workflows and systems.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years of operational leadership in digital-native companies with exposure to best practices.
• Holistic architect of complex systems and workflows with a scalability mindset.
• Detail-oriented able to dive into the underlying systems and workflows not just oversee them.
• People management and motivational skills with multiple teams in your reporting line.
• Strong financial fluency comfortable with budget logic and reading a profit-contribution P&L.
• High ambition drive and proven ability to deliver results.
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to articulate findings and lead with logic.
• Ability (or eagerness to learn) to build and implement an AI-native tech landscape building agents vibecoding and similar.
• Tight prioritisation works on few things and closes them out properly.
• Fluent English (C1); German or Polish a plus.
