Key Responsibilities- Gather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in creating functional specifications and process flow diagrams
- Support business teams in identifying gaps and proposing solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT operations and management
- Perform data analysis using tools like Excel SQL or reporting tools
- Help in preparing reports dashboards and presentations
- Participate in testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
- Maintain documentation for business processes and workflows
