8 years of experience in IAM CIAM cybersecurity or related engineering roles Strong hands on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience Strong hands on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience Strong Active Directory experience (users groups OUs permissions service accounts) Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience (enterprise apps CA MFA governance) Experience across identity lifecycle management and application onboarding Experience with SSO MFA federation and access governance Experience with SAML OAuth 2.0 OIDC LDAP and SCIM Experience supporting B2B B2C partner and external user identity models Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication authorization provisioning and MFA Excellent communication and documentation skills
