• The role involves building conversational AI systems automating workflows and integrating generative AI into enterprise applications.
• Design and develop AI-powered copilots and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and manage intelligent workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
• Implement Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI (LLMs).
• Create and manage conversation flows intents and topics.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM ITSM ERP APIs).
• Develop automation workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate).
• Ensure scalability security and performance of AI applications.
• Monitor analyze and optimize AI model performance and user interactions.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
