Position Overview
As a Graphic Designer you will be a storytelling artist where creativity and design expertise converge. You will leverage your design skills to create captivating visual narratives from capturing the essence of a fragrance to crafting comprehensive marketing stories. You will design and produce high-quality digital and print materials enhance presentation spaces through design and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions. From PowerPoint presentations to video content attention to detail and strong storytelling ability are essential to support internal and external marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Become an integral partner to the Marketing team engaging in the ideation process and delivering creative solutions to enhance storytelling and competitive differentiation
- Creative Conceptualization: Develop innovative concepts and effective graphic design media aligned with client briefs and marketing strategies
- Internal & External Presentation: Translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives for client presentations and internal initiatives
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment take direction from stakeholders and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Ideation: Contribute new ideas design trends and creative solutions to inspire internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts Design or related field
- 3 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint design skills (template development and formatting)
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects or similar tools)
- Experience creating content across multiple formats (digital PowerPoint packaging video displays print etc.)
- Strong graphic design sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal organizational time management and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Photography and videography experience is a plus
