Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops laptops printers and peripherals
  • Respond to service desk tickets emails and calls in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware software and network-related issues
  • Install configure and maintain operating systems (Windows macOS etc.)
  • Manage user accounts permissions and access (Active Directory Office 365)
  • Support remote users using remote desktop tools
  • Maintain IT assets and inventory records
  • Perform system upgrades patches and routine maintenance
  • Document incidents solutions and processes in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
