Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops laptops printers and peripherals
- Respond to service desk tickets emails and calls in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network-related issues
- Install configure and maintain operating systems (Windows macOS etc.)
- Manage user accounts permissions and access (Active Directory Office 365)
- Support remote users using remote desktop tools
- Maintain IT assets and inventory records
- Perform system upgrades patches and routine maintenance
- Document incidents solutions and processes in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
