Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Kronos WFM solutions including modules like Timekeeping Accruals Scheduling and Attendance.
- Develop and customize Kronos components such as pay rules work rules and interfaces.
- Design and build integrations between Kronos and external systems (HRMS payroll ERP).
- Work on data migration upgrades and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support testing phases including unit testing system testing and UAT.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 8 years of IT experience with 3 years in Kronos/UKG Workforce Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Kronos Technical (interfaces configuration customization).
- Experience with Kronos tools like WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) XML/API integrations.
- Good understanding of workforce management processes and timekeeping systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and data handling.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud-based WFM solutions.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in global implementations or support projects.
