Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to join a fast paced agile team supporting software modernization initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is a hands on engineer with strong backend expertise solid frontend experience and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
Core Experience
  • 8 12 years of hands on Full Stack development experience
  • Strong backend development expertise in:
  • C#
  • Entity Framework
  • SQL
  • Web API / RESTful services
Mandatory:
Experience with IVR / Contact Center solutions such as Twilio or Twilio Flex including API integrations for Voice Chat and SMS channels
Experience working with:
  • Web services and 3rd party API integrations
  • API testing/debugging tools (Postman SoapUI Fiddler)
  • Git or similar version control tools
  • Azure DevOps in production environments
  • Solid understanding of design principles and secure coding practices
  • Frontend & Secondary Skills
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks:
  • Angular (9)
  • React
  • Oracle Database experience
  • Knowledge of SQL tuning indexing and query cost optimization
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Full Stack solutions across UI APIs and databases
  • Design reusable components APIs UI elements and mock stubs for MVP delivery
  • Support backlog creation story mapping and prioritization
  • Participate in technical design and solutioning discussions
  • Work within Agile / XP frameworks including paired programming and TDD
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Perform performance analysis capacity management and system troubleshooting
