Job Summary

Position title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Length of engagement: 6 months
Location: Princeton NJ US
Mode: Onsite
Work arrangement : On-site for 4 days and 1 days remote

Must Haves:

4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
3 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum and ITIL practices
Experience writing user stories BRDs FRDs and functional specifications
Strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in higher education
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA CAD CIS)
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development
