Key responsibilities
Conduct structured conversations with pre-qualified individuals
Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
Use digital platforms such as LinkedIn Zoom and email for communication and engagement
Apply simple marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage enquiries
Participate in ongoing training and personal development
Manage your own schedule workflow and performance targets
About you
Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration recruitment or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently with a high level of organisation
Confident using digital tools and online platforms
Demonstrates initiative consistency and a results-oriented mindset
Interest in personal development and continuous learning
