Key responsibilities

• Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
• Use digital platforms such as LinkedIn Zoom and email for communication and engagement
• Apply simple marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage enquiries
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development
• Manage your own schedule workflow and performance targets

About you

• Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration recruitment or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with a high level of organisation
• Confident using digital tools and online platforms
• Demonstrates initiative consistency and a results-oriented mindset
• Interest in personal development and continuous learning
