- Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
- Use digital platforms such as LinkedIn Zoom and email for communication and engagement
- Apply simple marketing and outreach strategies to generate and manage enquiries
- Participate in ongoing training and personal development
- Manage your own schedule workflow and performance targets
About you
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration recruitment or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with a high level of organisation
- Confident using digital tools and online platforms
- Demonstrates initiative consistency and a results-oriented mindset
- Interest in personal development and continuous learning
