ServiceNow Platform Lead

• Ensure the security availability performance and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with Architects and Developers
• Oversee development activities including enhancements and defect resolution
• Manage the platform across its full lifecycle (design implementation operation optimization)
• Deliver demos and training sessions for end users and support teams
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand expectations and platform usage needs
• Gather analyze and validate business and user requirements
• Translate requirements into efficient technical solutions aligned with architecture standards
• Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Support the implementation of organization-wide service management capabilities
• Coordinate development and improvement initiatives with Architects and Developers
• Provide input on business requirements and technical designs
• Contribute to solution architecture and development activities
• Support cross-functional teams in areas such as risk security and disaster recovery
• Maintain up-to-date documentation (technical specs SOPs user guides knowledge base articles)

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position

• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or projects

Certifications (at least one required):

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience in administering maintaining and configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and related modules)
• Solid background in requirements analysis and project delivery
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow product suite and IT service management principles
• Experience in creating SOPs and technical documentation
• Familiarity with integration technologies (Web Services REST SSO LDAP etc.)
• Understanding of complex systems and interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards and project management methodologies
• Experience in solution design is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English: minimum B2 (CEFR)
