We are looking for a Hair Assistant based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Sous Chef - Wok we rely on you to:

• Work as a team leader to oversee the daily operation of thekitchen including food production food quality control presentation and hygiene management
  擔任團隊領導監督廚房的日常運作包括食物製作食物品質控制和衛生管理
• Assist the implementation of seasonal and special menu
  協助執行季節性和特別菜單
• Responsible for efficient control stocking dispensing and security of all commodities in the kitchen
  負責有效控制儲存分發和保管廚房的所有物品
• Ensurehigh standards of food productionmeeting customers expectations and company standard
  確保高標準的食品生產滿足顧客的期望和公司的標準

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Chinese Kitchen
  至少7年相關的中餐廚房工作經驗
• Strong leadership problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills
  良好的領導力解決問題的能力溝通和人際交往能力
• Detail-oriented motivated and able to work under pressure
  注重細節積極主動能夠在壓力下工作
• Good command of English and Cantonese
  具備良好的英語和粤語能力
