ServiceNow SecOps Developer

Job Summary

The ServiceNow SecOps Developer is primarily responsible for designing developing and supporting ServiceNow Security Operations with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response (VR). This role delivers scalable SecOps solutions through configuration integration automation and Service Portal customizations while adhering to ServiceNow best addition to SecOps the developer is expected to contribute to general ServiceNow platform features as needed applying scripting catalog and workflow skills. The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

• Design develop and support ServiceNow SecOps solutions with strong focus on Vulnerability Response (VR)and security operations use cases.
• Configure and enhance SecOps processes including data ingestion prioritization remediation tracking and reporting.
• Build and maintain integrations with thirdparty tools and enterprise systemsusing REST APIs spokes and MID Server based on business needs.
• Develop and customize Service Portal experiences(pages widgets UI components) for security and IT users.
• Perform platform scripting across ServiceNow modules leveraging Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts and UI Policies to meet functional requirements.
• Create and manage Service Catalog itemsrelated to security requests access exceptions and operational workflows.
• Design and support Flow Designer and legacy Workflow automationsto streamline SecOps and platform processes.
• Troubleshoot analyze and resolve issues related to SecOps functionality integrations scripting and automation.
• Collaborate effectively with security teams platform teams stakeholders and vendorsto gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Demonstrate strong communication skills including clear documentation participation in design discussions and proactive status updates to BSA.

Education

Minimum of 5 years of related experience
