Job Summary

The Waterfront is a spectacular sea-facing pub on West Hoe. Overlooking Plymouth Sound the contemporary bar and restaurant draws visitors throughout the year to its breathtaking views exceptional food and drink and vibrant welcoming atmosphere.

Steeped in maritime history The Waterfront is a Grade II listed building thats recently been thoughtfully refurbished. Youll be working in a popular destination thats a go-to for locals and visitors alike.

Are you aversatileSous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment Join our talented kitchen team and youll be working alongside passionate people with locally sourced produce to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
