With two kitchens three dining areas a beautiful seasonal menu and consistently high footfall this is an exciting opportunity to join a busy operation where youll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.

Qualifications :

As Sous Chef youll work closely with the Head Chef to drive standards support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations Youll:

• Lead by example during busy services maintaining high standards under pressure
• Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operation
• Ensure food quality consistency and presentation are always on point
• Maintain excellent food hygiene health & safety and cleanliness standards
• Support stock control ordering and GP management
• Coach motivate and develop the wider kitchen team
• Help create an environment where the team can thrive and grow

What Were Looking For

Were searching for a strong hands-on Sous Chef who brings energy initiative and a positive attitude to the kitchen.

Youll ideally have:

• 1-2 years experience in a Sous Chef role or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Experience working in a high-volume fresh food environment
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A passion for developing others and building a positive team culture
• Good understanding of stock management GPs food safety and compliance
