Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations lead teams and ensure accurate stock levels in a highvolume warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in SAP WMS Kronos and Excel with a strong focus on KPI performance audits and crossfunctional coordination to support Arvatos operational excellence.
YOUR TASKS
- Overseeing inventory management activities including the coordination of shipping receiving and traffic management.
- Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback.
- Develop and maintain cycle-count and inventory-control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Document update and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
- Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) Kronos and relevant metrics in Excel.
- Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred.
- Proficiency with SAP WMS and other warehouse management systems.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management.
- Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders.
- Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation.
- Shift hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
