Job Summary
Assistant Maintenance Manager International
Location: Lisbon
Pestana Hotel Group is recruiting an Assistant Maintenance Managerfor the international area based in Lisbon to work closely with the Regional Maintenance Manager in supporting and monitoring hotel maintenance operations across international units.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Maintenance Manager in the technical and operational follow-up of international units.
- Supervise maintenance works and interventions ensuring compliance with the defined standards.
- Monitor suppliers and service providers.
- Support the identification of technical and operational needs across different units.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and to the efficiency of infrastructures and equipment.
- Travel internationally whenever necessary to provide on-site operational support.
Candidate profile:
- Technical degree inCivil Engineering Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience inhotel maintenanceorconstruction.
- At least2 to 3 years of experience in supervisory roles.
- Availability to work inLisbonwith frequent travel to other European countries.
- Fluent Englishis mandatory.
- Knowledge ofItalian or Frenchwill be considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills autonomy sense of responsibility and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
