DePuy Synthes is recruiting foranImport/Export Ops Specialistlocatedin Raynham Massachusetts.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

This role supports DePuy SynthesSupplyChain operations by analyzing data improving processes and enabling effective planning and execution across manufacturing distribution and commercial teams. The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency ensuring product availability and supportingdatadrivendecision making in a regulatedfastpacedmedical device environment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a measurable impact on patient care through strong supply chain performance while gaining exposure tocrossfunctionalstakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data toidentifytrends risks and opportunities for improvement across planning inventory and distribution processes.

  • Support demand and supply planning activities including forecasts inventory targets and performance tracking.

  • Develop andmaintainreports dashboards and KPIs tomonitoroperational performance and support leadership decision making.

  • Collaborate withcrossfunctionalpartners (manufacturing procurementlogistics quality and commercial teams) to resolve supply issues and improve service levels.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency accuracy and compliance.

  • Support system data integrity standard work and documentation aligned with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership and project teams as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering Operations ora relatedfield.

  • Preferred: Masters degree or advanced coursework in Supply Chain Management Analytics or Business Administration.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 24 years of relevant experience in supplychain operations analytics ora relatedbusiness function.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and supply chain planning tools.

  • Experience building dashboards or reports using tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.

  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in adeadlinedrivenenvironment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

  • Language: English.

  • Travel: Up to20%domestictravel as business needs require.

  • Certifications: APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM CSCP) preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79000.00 - $127650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
