Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager this role is integral to coordinating scheduling quantity surveying reporting and quality control throughout the pre-construction construction and close-out phases of medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M. Working closely with senior staff the Senior Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards.
Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site
- Coordinate Project Activities:Update schedules and budgets maintain cost control and monitor labour material and equipment throughout all project phases
- Manage Documentation:Assist with drawings revisions site instructions change orders and maintain QA/QC and safety records
- Support Meetings & Reporting:Attend project meetings record minutes track action items and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager
- Oversee Change Management:Monitor change processes identify and track change events and prepare documentation for review
- Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance:Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP) including KPIs and NCRs
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education:Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field
- Skills:Proficiency in MS Office Suite scheduling and project management software; strong coordination documentation Skills
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a general contracting environment
