Description
Were seeking a School Director to lead academic excellence school culture and daily operations. This role is responsible for driving student achievement supporting staff development and building a strong mission-driven school community.
What Youll Do
- Lead day-to-day school operations including academics staff culture and safety
- Drive student achievement through data-driven instruction and accountability
- Build a positive structured and high-performing school environment
- Coach develop and evaluate teachers and staff
- Implement effective student support and behavior management systems
- Manage school budget reporting and compliance requirements
- Oversee student enrollment admissions and retention efforts
- Partner with parents staff and community stakeholders
- Hire train and lead a collaborative mission-driven team
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of school leadership experience
- Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
- Track record of improving student outcomes
- Experience coaching and developing educators
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
- Proficiency with data and technology
- Masters degree in Educational Leadership preferred (not required)
- Experience in alternative education or grant-funded programs is a plus
