We are looking for Service Associate Food & Beverage (Waiter / Waitress)
Job Summary:
To provide exceptional personalized dining experiences to guests in line with 5-star service standards. The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering attentive and efficient service ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Excellence To deliver warm professional and courteous service always with the ability of handling guest inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and tactfully.
- Operational Duties To perform restaurant operations effectively while delivering excellent guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Communication To interact effectively with guests and team members to deliver excellent service.
- Quality & Hygiene To ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are always maintained. Strictly follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Upselling & Revenue To promote menu items daily specials and beverages to maximize revenue. Upsell premium items in a subtle and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in a restaurant or 5-star hotel environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude team player and customer-oriented mindset.
